Testimonial History for Charlie the Dachshund 💙

Charlie, the sweetest Dachshund, has been under my care for almost a month at Second Stride, and it’s been a heartwarming journey to witness his progress. Born with an umbilical hernia, Charlie faced ongoing challenges with a wound next to the hernia that would remain raw, often becoming infected. This constant issue affected his quality of life, and his owners were understandably concerned, especially when they noticed how fragile and thin his skin around the wound had become — almost paper-like — causing it to break open repeatedly.

When they first contacted me, they were worried about his well-being and the potential for further complications. After assessing Charlie’s condition, I decided to introduce laser therapy to help with wound healing. At Second Stride, we have access to a 3W Globus laser, which is helps to promote healing and tissue regeneration.

We began regular, daily laser therapy sessions, and the results have been nothing short of remarkable. The video documenting Charlie’s progress show a steady and positive transformation in his wound. With the help of the laser therapy, the wound gradually next to his hernia began to heal, the fragile skin became stronger, and the infections significantly reduced.

Now, Charlie is a much happier boy. He’s enjoying life to the fullest, playing and interacting with his family without the discomfort and limitations. His owners are more at ease, as they no longer worry about the wound continuously reopening or the risk of further infections.
